This is a patient approximately 60 years of age who suffered from severe osteoarthritis.
She came to my office complaining of terrible pain to the point where it was very difficult to walk.
Her legs were bow-legged (Varus knee deformity), and she had an awkward gait. It was clear surgery was her only option.
After performing a simultaneous bi-lateral knee replacement TKR, she was able to walk that day.
She has no pain, is recovering swiftly, and quickly returning to her normal life.
